Refund & Return Policy
At Home Saver Kit, our goal is simple: help homeowners feel confident and prepared.
If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll work with you to make it right.
60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 60-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
If you are not satisfied with your Home Saver Kit, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The kit must be opened but not installed
- All components must be included in the return
- The return request must be submitted within 60 days of delivery
Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refunds are issued for the product purchase price only. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at [support email]
- Submit a Return Request Form or email with your order number
- Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label
- Ship the product back using the provided label
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing after the returned item arrives.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it immediately.
Please contact support and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
Once verified, we will ship a replacement product right away at no cost to you.
Lost Shipments
If your package appears to be lost during shipping, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
If the shipment cannot be located, we will replace the order at no cost to you.
Replacement Parts
Replacement components such as:
- Replacement Shutoff Tags
- Replacement Gas Wrenches
- Map & Sticker Replacement Sets
are non-returnable unless defective.
If a replacement part arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it.
Bundle Returns (3-Pack & 10-Pack)
Bundle purchases must be returned in full to qualify for a refund.
Partial returns from bundles are not accepted.
For professional bundles (such as the 10-Pack Professional Bundle), returns are not available once kits have been distributed to individual homeowners.
International Orders (Canada)
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- International shipping charges are not refundable
- Any customs duties or taxes are non-refundable
Returns with Missing Components
If returned products are missing components, a partial refund may be issued to reflect the missing items.
Our goal is always to handle these situations fairly and transparently.
Exchanges
If you would prefer a different product version or replacement item, please contact us and we will assist you with an exchange whenever possible.
Registration & Returns
Registering your Home Saver Kit does not affect your eligibility for a refund within the 60-day return window.
Abuse Prevention
To protect our customers and our business, we reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of:
- Repeated refund abuse
- Excessive return patterns
- Misuse of products
- Commercial or unauthorized resale
